These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website, shipping platform, logistics solutions, courier aggregation services, warehousing, fulfillment, freight forwarding, and related services provided by Globalshyp (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. DefinitionsUser / Client / Customer refers to any individual, business, seller, or entity using Globalshyp services.Services include courier aggregation, shipping, warehousing, fulfillment, freight forwarding, international shipping, tracking, and technology solutions.Carrier Partner refers to third-party logistics or courier companies integrated with Globalshyp.Shipment means any parcel, package, document, cargo, or consignment booked through our platform.
2. Acceptance of TermsBy registering an account or using our services, you acknowledge that:You are legally authorized to enter into binding agreements.You accept all policies, guidelines, and operational procedures issued by Globalshyp.You will comply with applicable Indian and international shipping laws.
3. Nature of ServicesGlobalshyp operates as a technology-enabled courier aggregation platform connecting users with multiple logistics and courier service providers.We:Facilitate shipment booking and tracking.Provide access to multiple courier partners.Offer logistics technology and operational support.We do not guarantee:Delivery timelines unless specifically agreed in writing.Uninterrupted platform availability.Liability for delays caused by courier partners, customs, natural disasters, strikes, or force majeure events.
4. User ResponsibilitiesUsers agree to:Provide accurate shipment and KYC details.Ensure proper packaging suitable for transit.Not ship prohibited, illegal, hazardous, or restricted items.Pay applicable shipping, COD, warehousing, freight, taxes, and surcharge fees.Users are solely responsible for:Product legality.Invoice accuracy.GST compliance.Customs documentation for international shipments.
5. Prohibited ShipmentsThe following items are strictly prohibited:Explosives and hazardous chemicalsNarcotics or illegal substancesFirearms and weaponsCounterfeit productsPerishable or biohazard materialsCurrency, precious metals, or illegal goodsAny item prohibited under Indian or international lawGlobalshyp reserves the right to refuse, hold, or cancel shipments violating these restrictions.
6. Shipping & DeliveryDelivery timelines are estimates and may vary.Courier partner policies shall apply during shipment transit.Delays caused by weather, strikes, customs, operational disruptions, or force majeure are beyond our control.Incorrect address or customer unavailability may lead to RTO (Return to Origin) charges.
7. COD (Cash on Delivery)COD remittance timelines depend on courier partner reconciliation cycles.Globalshyp shall not be liable for delays caused by banking systems or courier partners.COD disputes must be raised within the prescribed timeline communicated by the Company.
8. Weight Discrepancy & Additional ChargesCourier partners may re-measure shipment dimensions and weight.Additional charges due to volumetric or dead weight discrepancies shall be payable by the user.Fuel surcharge, remote area charges, warehousing charges, and government taxes may apply.
9. Insurance & LiabilityUnless explicitly insured:Shipments are transported at the user’s risk.Globalshyp’s liability is limited to the amount recoverable from the courier partner.We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or business losses.Claims for lost or damaged shipments:Must be raised within the specified claim period.Require supporting proof, invoices, and documentation.
10. International ShipmentsFor international shipping:Users are responsible for customs compliance and documentation.Duties, taxes, customs penalties, and import/export regulations are the responsibility of the shipper or consignee.Delays due to customs clearance are beyond Globalshyp’s control.
11. Platform UsageUsers shall not:Misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access.Reverse engineer software or systems.Upload harmful code or fraudulent data.Use the platform for unlawful activities.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
12. Payments & BillingAll invoices must be paid within agreed credit terms.Delayed payments may result in account suspension.Globalshyp reserves the right to recover outstanding dues, penalties, and legal costs.
13. Refunds & CancellationsRefunds, if applicable, are subject to:Courier partner approvalService eligibilityInvestigation outcomesShipping charges may not be refundable once shipment processing has started.
14. Intellectual PropertyAll website content, branding, software, logos, designs, and technology belong to Globalshyp and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
15. Privacy & Data ProtectionUser data shall be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of operational and shipment-related information.
16. Limitation of LiabilityGlobalshyp shall not be liable for:Business lossesProfit lossIndirect damagesDelivery delays by third-party courier partnersTechnical disruptions or downtimeOur total liability shall not exceed the shipping amount paid for the disputed shipment.
17. Force MajeureGlobalshyp shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by:Natural disastersGovernment restrictionsPandemicsStrikesWarNetwork failuresTransportation disruptions
18. TerminationWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate services:For policy violationsNon-paymentFraudulent activitiesMisuse of the platform
19. Governing Law & JurisdictionThese Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.
20. AmendmentsGlobalshyp reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
